Issue 602 of the comic features Captain America investigating a right-wing anti-government militia group called “the Watchdogs”. Hoping to infiltrate the group, Captain America and his African-American sidekick The Falcon observe an anti-tax protest from a rooftop.
The Freemasons have a program to protect your children. Dubbed “Masonichip,” the initiative claims to utilize technology to defend children from “really bad people out in the world.”
Making a difference through technology!
Welcome to the new “cloud computing” informational portal supporting Masonic Safety Identification Programs conducted independently at differing levels of activity by over (35) Grand Lodges of Masons in North America. It is managed by the Directors of MasoniCHIP International a 501 (c)(3) non-profit public foundation of the Conference of Grand Master of Masons in North America.
While the name certainly brings to mind RFID microchipping, this is not yet a part of Masonichip.
There is no “chip” in Masonichip as it stands for Masonic Child Identification Program and includes Abduction Awareness and “Safe Kids” Education benefits to all children and parents attend events and participate. At Masonichip EVENTs, comprehensive Safety ID packages are generated “at no cost…free of charge” to participants in North America. At Masonichip EVENTs, the Masons set up the equipment and enlist the volunteers necessary to generate individual completed identification packages. Pariticipation in a Masonichip EVENT offers much to educate and give parents and children alike a chance to contemplate the consequenses of being missing or exploited while they are progressing through the Event. Young children think…”why are my parents making me go through this…it must be important.” They realize that there are really bad people out in the world that can do them harm and they take the “Safe Kids Tips” handed out more seriously.
A group of evangelists believe they have discovered the remains of Noah’s Ark about 2.5 miles up Mount Ararat in eastern Turkey after radiocarbon dating returned an age of 4,800 years for wood samples recovered at the site.
“It’s not 100 per cent that it is Noah’s Ark but we think it is 99.9 per cent that this is it,” said Yeung Wing-cheung, a Hong Kong documentary filmmaker and member of the 15-strong team from Noah’s Ark Ministries International.
The structure had several compartments, some with wooden beams, which were believed to house animals, he said
A photograph inside the purported ark can be found here.
The University of Arizona welcomed LUCIFER, an astronomical system for observing near-infrared light. LUCIFER 1, the first of two cameras/spectrographs, was recently installed on Mount Graham’s Large Binocular Telescope (LBT) in southeastern Arizona.
After more than a decade of design, manufacturing and testing, the new instrument – dubbed LUCIFER 1 – provides a powerful tool to gain spectacular insights into the universe – from the Milky Way to extremely distant galaxies. LUCIFER, built by a consortium of German institutes, will be followed by an identical twin instrument that will be delivered to the telescope in early 2011.
The LUCIFER project recalls our recent research into the Georgia Guidestones which has revealed that the cult behind that controversial monument venerates Lucifer, the fallen angel that many, including the important theosophist Albert Pike, equate with Satan. Moreover, that powerful but deranged cult encoded unambiguous numerological information into the Georgia Guidestones that points to the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. Opened earlier this year, the Burj Khalifa obviously symbolizes a new Tower of Babel for this secretive group of “Luciferians.”
The ancient and mysterious lost culture of Teotihuacan was believed to be illiterate, predating written language in that area. However, glyphs have recently been discovered at that site, one of the greatest existing archaeological sites in the world, proving the existence of written language in central Mexico thousands of years earlier than believed.
A previously healthy two-year-old girl died twelve hours after receiving the seasonal influenza vaccine in Brisbane, Australia. Her twin sister was given the same shot and began vomiting but is still alive.
A FAMILY is in mourning after their toddler unexpectedly died less than 12 hours after receiving a seasonal flu vaccination.
Two-year-old twin Ashley Jade Epapara had been “perfectly fine” before dying at her Upper Mt Gravatt home, on Brisbane’s southside, on April 9. Parents David and Nicole are shattered by the mysterious death of their baby girl. “It’s dreadful, it’s a very hard time,” Mr Epapara said yesterday.
Australia has now issued orders to halt flu vaccines to children under five after numerous complications have been reported including those suffered by more than 45 children in Western Australia who experienced serious reactions soon after receiving the influenza jab.
National health authorities have ordered doctors to stop giving seasonal influenza vaccinations to children under five after dozens of serious reactions, including convulsions.
More than 45 children experienced convulsions and fever, with some having to be taken to hospital in intensive care after receiving the vaccine in Western Australia.
The novel vaccine contains a combination of seasonal flu and the H1N1 Mexican-Swine flu and has never been clinically tested.
CLINICAL tests were never carried out on the latest seasonal flu vaccine – a first-time combination of seasonal flu with the feared swine flu H1N1 – that has left a baby girl fighting for her life in a Perth hospital and sparked fits, fevers and vomiting in up to 60 toddlers across the country.
Health officials were last night trying to determine what had caused the reactions in the children, mostly in Western Australia.
The country’s chief medical officer, Jim Bishop, yesterday ordered doctors in all states to stop giving the flu vaccine to children under five.
I am scheduled to be on Rick Adams Uncensored tonight at 9PM Central / 10PM Eastern / 8PM Mountain / 7PM Pacific. The topic will be the Georgia Guidestones. There might be an opportunity to call in and ask questions.
In addition to satellite listening options (Transponder Frequency 11836, Symbol Rate 2Ø77Ø, @ 97 degrees west), you will be able to listen to the Internet stream here.
After a recent plane crash decapitated Poland’s government, military and central bank, Poles have taken to the Internet to express disbelief about the official crash story. Fueling their skepticism has been recent revelations debunking original media accounts about the number of landing attempts made before the tragic crash. Additionally, critical evidence gathered from the plane’s black boxes reveal that the aircraft, a recently overhauled Tupelov-154, was in full working order and that the pilot was not being interfered with by anyone on the plane immediately prior to the crash.
The video below touches upon the sentiments currently broiling in that grieving country.
The video also maintains that the Polish government is now investigating crash scene footage that appears to contain evidence of gunfire. We reported about that footage a few days ago.
A South Korean news report cited by Reuters claims that South Korea’s military has informed President Lee Myung-bak that its reclusive northern neighbor torpedoed the South’s 1,200-ton Cheonan naval vessel, killing 46 sailors last month.
The military’s intelligence arm sent the report of “certain” North Korean involvement to the presidential Blue House soon after the incident, Yonhap quoted a high-ranking military source as saying.
“North Korean submarines are all armed with heavy torpedoes with 200 kg (441 lb) warheads,” the military source was quoted as saying by Yonhap. “It is the military intelligence’s assessment that the North attacked with a heavy torpedo.
“The military intelligence has made the report to the Blue House and to the Defense Ministry immediately after the sinking of the Cheonan that it is clearly the work of North Korea’s military,” the source was quoted as saying.
South Korea plans to soon raise the front half of the 1,200-tonne Cheonan, which went down near a disputed sea border with North Korea, and will issue its verdict on the cause of the explosion that sank the warship after that.
According to the same news source, the information for the South Korean military report was gathered jointly with the United States. That same report warns of a possible surprise attack from North Korea.
Yonhap said the South Korean and U.S. military suspected the North was stepping up drills to infiltrate a submarine south of the naval border, hidden among Chinese fishing boats, and wage a surprise attack against the South.
Mark Morrow kindly invited me to appear on his program, Sojournal, to discuss my research on the Georgia Guidestones. You can listen to that interview here.
One week after the tragic crash of a Tupelov-154 military aircraft near Smolensk in western Russia killed key leaders of Poland’s government, military and central bank, a video was released allegedly showing the systematic assassination of the crash survivors. The purported evidence in the shaky video is difficult to make out even with the assistance of visual aids. An English language version of the video can be seen below.
Adding another layer of intrigue, a comment on a Polish website claims that the person who filmed this scene, Adrij Mendierej, was assaulted and stabbed multiple times after posting this video to the Internet. While at the hospital for treatment of the resulting severe wounds, two unknown assailants again attacked Mendierej, stabbing him repeatedly and removing him from life support resulting in his death on April 16th. A crude translation can be read here. An active discussion thread can be viewed here.
Although this evidence appears to be marginal at the moment, it must be stated that mainstream media recently retracted earlier stories claiming the Polish plane crashed on its fourth attempt to land. Instead, the official story now admits that the plane crashed on its first landing attempt.
Software behemoth Microsoft recently published a paper proposing the tattooing of certain medical patients. “We propose that access keys be written into patients’ skin using ultraviolet-ink micropigmentation (invisible tattoos),” the abstract reads.
The piece, authored by Microsoft’s Stuart Schechter, maintains that passwords providing wireless access to implanted medical devices like heart pacemakers shouldn’t be entrusted to patents who are unreliable and might be unconscious when device access is needed.
Schechter also shuns medical bracelets claiming they pose privacy risks. Worse, Schecter believes demented “hackers” exist who might read bracelets’ passwords to hack into implanted devices for nefarious and perhaps even homicidal purposes. However, easily constructed electromagnetic pulse devices could obtain the same deadly results without requiring security code knowledge.
We propose that a user-selected human-readable key be encoded directly onto patients using ultraviolet-ink micropigmentation, adjacent to the point of implantation. To increase reliability the encoding could be augmented
to include an error correcting code and/or be replicated in full on the base of the patient’s leftmost foot—at the
arch. All devices used to communicate with the IMD would be equipped with a small, reliable, and inexpensive
ultraviolet light emitting diode (UV LED) and an input mechanism for key entry (a keypad or touch-screen).
A single key would be sufficient for multiple devices and could be re-used when devices are replaced.
The key encodings could take the form of user chosen character strings (optimizing for user choice), random
character strings (optimizing for minimal size), or strings of hieroglyphic-like images chosen from a subset
deemed acceptable to the user. The first option gives the greatest control to reluctant patients, whereas latter
two options guarantee a minimum level of key entropy and can easily be augmented with error correcting codes.
Each patient would be allowed to request new random encodings until finding one he or she deemed acceptable.
Schechter recognizes the obvious parallels with Nazi Germany prison camps.
In the holocaust, identification tattoos reminded prisoners [they] no longer controlled their own bodies. Giving the patient a choice of whether or not to use micropigmentation, the type of encoding to use, and some control over the process that generates the encoding should help to address these concerns.
The ARM project can now be downloaded here. You will need the Code::Blocks IDE to manage the GCC C++ project. Code::Blocks is available from the Ubuntu repositories so it is very easy to install. Of course, you will also need to minimally install gcc, g++ and gdb.
I will merge the x86 and ARM projects and upload them to SourceForge shortly.
BSN* has posted another of my articles. In it, I compare iPad browsing performance against an Intel Atom N450 netbook using the four most popular web browsers. While the Atom-based systems pretty much trounces the iPad except when using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8. IE8 on the Atom makes the iPad look fast.
Additionally, Opera 10.51 beats all comers.
Major kudos are also in order for Opera. Already a big player in the mobile browser market, Opera 10.51 manhandled the competition across all three benchmarks. Safari and Chrome finished a distant second and third respectively. Firefox 3.6.3 kept pace with those two except on the quirky Google V8 benchmark where it stumbled badly.
Twelve days before one of the most politically and militarily devastating plane crashes in history and during a visit to Warsaw by the head of the IMF, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, Poland’s Central Bank issued a statement declaring that the former communist country no longer needed help from the IMF.
“The situation with the Polish economy and the financial system is sufficiently good … that it is not necessary to ask the IMF for a further extension of the flexible credit line,” the bank said in a statement.
The central bank said it could instead provide the IMF with a loan to “help other countries overcome the effects of the global crisis.”
Yesterday’s horrific crash took the life of the head of Poland’s Central Bank along with the Polish President and virtually all of that country’s top military officials. All 97 people on board the Tupelov-154 military transport perished.
United Nations judge Geoffry Roberts wants to put the Pope of the Catholic Church on trial.
In a Guardian UK piece making its rounds this week in Catholic circles, Robertson demanded the pope be “put in the dock” so that the church might “feel the full weight of international law” over its thousands of pedophilia scandals.
The pope’s conduct, he said, “amounted to the criminal offence of aiding and abetting sex with minors,” making Benedict a justifiable target for either the International Criminal Court or a British court acting under the legal principal of universal jurisdiction.
Roberts also denies the sovereignty of the Vatican. He writes, “The anomalous claim of the Vatican to be a state – and of the pope to be a head of state and hence immune from legal action – cannot stand up to scrutiny.”
A bright comet appeared out of nowhere and smacked into the sun today. This makes the third such impact this year.
The Polish military was “virtually decapitated” early this morning when a plane crash in Russia took the lives of many of Poland’s top military officials along with the country’s head of state and top banker.
The President of Poland, Lech Kaczynski, his wife, the head of the Polish National Bank, the head of the National Security Office and the army chief of staff were among the 97 passengers on board a Tupelov-154 attempting to land near Smolensk in western Russia when the Polish military plane apparently crashed into trees close to the airport and was completely destroyed. There were no survivors.
“The entire top military brass, including the chief of defense and all the services, were on the plane,” said Tomas Valasek, of the Center for European Reform.
“If that is true, then you’re looking at a situation, in effect, of the decapitation of the military services.”
The Polish contingency were en route to observe the 70th anniversary of the massacre of some 20,000 Polish prisoners of war (POWs) in the nearby village of Katyn during World War II.
The head of the company that recently serviced the plane seemed to suggest foul play was the cause of the tragedy.
The plane was refurbished and repaired last year, according to the general director of the company that performed the service. Alexei Gusev, the general director of Aviakor Factory, told CNN that the plane received major refurbishing and repair in December 2009.
The work included rebuilding all of the engines, he said. His company also provided the Polish government with repair and maintenance parts for the next six years.
“The plane has been in use very little since that major repair,” he said. “Speaking openly, we believe that this tragedy could not have been caused by equipment failure.”
The crash follows on the heels of recent Russian bombings and occurred only few days after the overthrow of the U.S. leaning Kyrgyzstan government, a former Soviet Republic that is home to an important U.S. airbase providing support for ongoing NATO action in Afghanistan.
Poland, a NATO member, recently agreed to deploy an American “missile shield.” Missile deployment is planned to begin later this month despite serious Russian concerns.
The popular technology website Bright Side of News* has published an in-depth report I authored comparing an ARM Cortex-A8 microprocessor, used in the Apple iPad’s A4 chip, against a trifecta of x86 CPUs typically found in netbooks, small notebooks and embedded devices. My report particularly focuses on compute performance.
A major component of that comparison is miniBench, an open source benchmark that I wrote in C++. I ported miniBench to Linux for both ARM and x86 platforms enabling, for the first time, objective, head-to-head performance comparisons across a wide range of meaningful tests like Dhrystone, Whetstone, FFT, LinPack, MFLOPS, AES, SHA1, SHA256 and many others.
While I worked as head of benchmarking for Centaur Technology, we used miniBench to help isolate performance problems in our microprocessors so that we could optimize out the weakest attributes of our chip designs.
The results surprised me. It is also worth examinig the relative compute performance between the new Intel Atom N450, the new VIA Nano L3050 and an old AMD Mobile Athlon based upon the Barton core.
You can read my full report here.
I noticed that Theo generously gave me credit for the recall of the 1.13GHz Intel Pentium III. I want to make it clear that Tom Pabst discovered the speed path defect that manifested when he was trying to compile the Linux kernel. My part in the recall was representing Tom’s Hardware at Intel. The representative for the giant chipmaker initially laughed at the issue until I threatened him with an united call to yank the defective part involving a number of major computer hardware ethusiast websites.
Whistle blower website Wikileaks posted a classified video showing the U.S. military mistakenly killing a group of Iraqi civilians along with two Reuters journalists. A cover-up ensued. The raw, sobering footage can be viewed below.
Minister Dante Fortson and Brother Benny “BJ” Jacobs interviewed me for two hours on the Georgia Guidestones. You can listen to that Omega Hour interview here.
Poem written by Flora Smith, age 12.
Is This What Easter Be?
Out of the stores come garlands and elves,
So chocolate bunnies can fill the shelves.
Egg and peeps, you now can see,
Is this what Easter be?
Games and egg-hunts are now afoot.
Parents hide goodies in every nook.
Little children cry with glee.
But, is this what Easter be?
The stores try to get you to buy lots of things,
Candy and gum and cute little rings.
They see this as a money-making spree.
This cannot Easter be!
No, Easter is not about treats and eggs,
It’s about Jesus nailed up with pegs.
On a cross for you and me,
Oh, this is what Easter be!
Jesus, oh, yes! He was God’s Son,
He fought the battle and it is won.
After He died, He rose on day three,
So remember, this is what Easter be!
Easter poem written by Evelyn Smith, age 11.
This is Jesus’s Day
Easter is a time for joy and praise,
For Jesus rose from the dead that day.
Easter is not for bunnies galore,
But for people to know from shore to shore
This is Jesus’ day!
The day of His death brought sorrow and gloom.
And three days later Mary wept at the tomb.
But do not worry, Mary, so dear,
Jesus has risen. His day is here!
This is Jesus’ day!
Jesus died on the cross for us all.
We are forgiven, great and small.
He rose three days later, so do not fear
That day is Easter and it is here!
This is Jesus’ day!
