Today, I fully withdrew from Chris Pinto’s Georgia Guidestones video project. I have requested that all video, audio, still images and anything else connecting me and my wife to the film not be used.

I have counted my loses and I am ready to move forward. I plan no further public comments on this subject.

  1. Van sorry to hear you are withdrawing from the project… Was looking forward to your contribution in it… Anyway just wanted to let you know I appreciate your work and effort in exposing the Georgia guidestones.

  2. wondered what happened. Were you under attack???

  3. I should hope this is a matter of personal integrity and not fear. If you know something is being done incorrectly on this project, people have a right to know. If this is strictly a case of fear and has anything to do with the trembling in Dr. Future’s voice on last weeks show when he was seeking prayer, know that your God is with you. Nothing can seperate you from Him. One way or another, you need to address this matter in a way that is more clear to your fans. Should we be praying for Chris? You could at least tell your audience that. Your website is about the truth, so be about the truth.

  4. Jimbo, I understand your concern and I did not mean for my announcement to be a source of worry for anyone.

Yes, it is a matter of personal integrity not fear. Furthermore, I was troubled by a specific issue that might lead to a significant lawsuit against them, so I had to withdraw from the documentary to avoid legal entanglements.

Note that this does not mean that I have in any way become complacent about my Georgia Guidestones investigation.

  5. This site censors any detractors. I tried to link a site that proves clearly that Chris Pinto is wrong (to put it mildly) about his American history. Just in case here it is again:

Other than spam, there has only been one comment that was not published on this site, and I rejected it because it was inane. I edited out profanity from one or two posts before publishing them as well. Occasionally, posters send us personal messages over the comments and explicitly request that we do not publish them; we honor these requests.

Sometimes posts wait for a few hours before being moderated and approved because we are not always on our computers. A few times comments have been caught in the spam filters and have gone unnoticed for a few days. Your comment took me about 15 minutes to notice and publish, which is on the slow side of normal.

    • And this site proves he’s right. http://wthrockmorton.com/2011/06/29/john-adams-holy-ghost-letter-david-barton-strikes-back/

As I read the whole letter of John Adams to Benjamin Rush I see that he is talking about the Catholic church, not the Holy Spirit from the Bible. Adams says that the Holy Ghost is passed from the Bishop to the candidates of the Ministry by the laying on of hands. Here below is a part of that letter. He’s talking about ordinances in the Catholic church and responding to Rush’s letter which complained about the ecclesiastical controversies of the Holy Ghost’s role in the ordination of ministers. The letter Barton sites in no way supports that he was a God fearing Bible believing Christian. It does support the idea that he is a follower of Rome. The Holy Spriit comes on any beliver when he accepts Chrsit as his Savior, not when the pope, a bishop or a priests lays hands and only imparts the Holy Ghost to a worker of Rome.

“Not a baptism, not a marriage, not a Sacrament can be administered but by the Holy Ghost, who is transmitted from age to age by laying the hands of the Bishop on the heads of candidates for the Ministry. In the same manner as the Holy Ghost is transmitted from monarch to monarch by the holy oil in the vial at Rheims which was brought down from Heaven by a dove and by that other phial [vial] which I have seen in the Tower of London.” John Adams from http://www.wallbuilders.com/LIBissuesArticles.asp?id=59755

  6. an article posted from David Barton is hardly convincing evidence against the work of Pinto. I’m sure if we asked OJ if he killed his wife, he isnt going to tell us the truth, either. Barton takes small snippets that are highly cut to give the presentation he is looking for. Barton tries to make Adams appear as a Christian, when he and his son were both heavily involved in Freemasonry. Even in the posted snippets, there is no clear proof that Barton is claiming, and those words can be taken either way. With the full context Pinto provides, it is clear Barton is choosing the incorrect context. It is no surprise to see that Glenn Beck is also a Freemason.

  7. Van,
A friend recommended I look into Chris Pinto and his films regarding the origin of our country (I’ve always believed it is a Christian nation). When I googled him I found this post.
I’m not sure where I’ve been, but I had absolutely no idea about much of this – and that our founding fathers appear to be far from Christ followers.
Can you provide some direction on this? It looks from the comments on a few of your posts that many people here follow and respect your opinion, but again, this is the first exposure to you or these ideas.
Any direction you can provide, or additional sites I can visit is greatly appreciated. If you have another website detailing more of this, please list it in your reply.
    Thanks!
    ~Kate

    • Rather than researching Chris Pinto, research the founding fathers. I researched the people behind the formation of our nation many years before hearing about Wall Builders. My research showed that most of them were athiests, freemasons, womanizers , etc. Nothing showed that this country was formed to honor God. Then Wall Builders came along and I assumed all my research was wrong, then came Chris Pinto who verrified all the research I had already done. Just because some people, the Puritans and others came here to get away from a king and worship God as they wished does not mean that the country was created as a Christian nation.

      • During your research did you come across any info on Founding Father James Wilson? I’ve heard he was as much the “Architect of the Constitution” as was James Madison. I also read that Wilson was involved with Hamilton in forming the first central bank and was heavily involved in land speculation which ultimately caused his downfall. I don’t believe he was a Freemason but I do believe he had dealings with the European Bankers i.e., House of Rothschild. I believe this because of his untimely death while a sitting Assoc. Justice of the Supreme Court. Something doesn’t fit right with James Wilson. He is one Founding Father whose great contributions are given the least credit and re-written history has made him out to be kind of like a villian. I’m wondering if the “powers that be” turned against him. I know he was from Scotland and studied abroad. I’d like to learn more about the TRUE James Wilson versus the ‘re-written’ history about him. Can you help with any links? Thanks much.

  8. When I did some basic research I found out that St. Augustine Fla was settled in 1565, NewAmsterdam was settled in 1614, Jamestown was founded in 1607 and Plymouth didn’t get founded until 1620, well after there were other settlers here establishing government and doing trade. The Puritans were here well after the dance had begun…. but there are those who hold that the constitution was based on the Mayflower Compact which states:

In the name of God, Amen. We, whose names are underwritten, the loyal subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, defender of the Faith, etc.
Having undertaken, for the Glory of God, and advancements of the Christian faith and honor of our King and Country, a voyage to plant the first colony in the Northern parts of Virginia, do by these presents, solemnly and mutually, in the presence of God, and one another, covenant and combine ourselves together into a civil body politic; for our better ordering, and preservation and furtherance of the ends aforesaid; and by virtue hereof to enact, constitute, and frame, such just and equal laws, ordinances, acts, constitutions, and offices, from time to time, as shall be thought most meet and convenient for the general good of the colony; unto which we promise all due submission and obedience.

In witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names at Cape Cod the 11th of November, in the year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord King James, of England, France, and Ireland, the eighteenth, and of Scotland the fifty-fourth, 1620.[12]

Then there are those who say that the Constitution was based on Freemasonry and I also read somewhere that Ben Franklin based much of it on the Iroquois Confederacy. But clearly the colonies were not originally all settled as Christian colonies. What I think causes much of this misunderstanding is that the Great Awakening in the 1600’s christianized much of the country.

  10. I just came across this blog and the comments on this post, and I would like to point out that I have personally proven Mr. Pinto’s film on our founding fathers to be erroneous. I arrived at this conclusion by studying original source documentation from the founding era, and I have documented my research in a series of 11 articles which are available on my website. Here is a link to the concluding article in that series: http://www.increasinglearning.com/the-hidden-facts-of-the-founding-era-1.html

  11. The Pilgrims (1620) were real Christians. They created the Mayflower Compact. They were good- you could say they were the good seed God planted. They were the opposite of Jesuits and Masons. The Pilgrims served God. a Century ago,
the Mason/Jesuit “Pilgrim society” funded and dedicated a monument to the Pilgrims- that was modeled after the statue of liberty (goddess). Weaving patriotic themes, this deception now is in movie form – Monumental staring Krk Cameron.
The wolf comes in sheeps clothing- beware.
