Also Psalms 110 says, " The Lord has sworn and will not repent, You shall be a high priest after the order of Melchizedek. That means no longer Aaron is High Priest, because the New Covenent was instituted in Christs blood. Which made the Old Covenent Obsolete. When we are baptized, we esentially Die with Jesus Christ from the Law of Moses (See Romans Ch7) and are entered into the new covenent relationship with him. And as for this Messianic Judaism belief... I have only this to say " Do you ever read Galations, Romans, and Hebrews. Also, If we were still under the old law, then why would Paul instruct Timothy on the proper procedures for appointing: Elders, Deacons, Pastors ect... if the Levitical priesthood was still in force. If you break even ONE LAW of the OLD COVENENT you have broken them all!!! The righteousness of the law required even our THOUGHTS to be PERFECT!!! Jesus said if you even lusted after a woman while you were married, you already committed adultery with her in your heart. Thus, breaking The Law of Moses.
